A whole lot about me

THE PROFILE

Body practitioner since 2012,
teacher since 2016, birth assistant since 2022

I have been helping people feel better since 2013 and teaching people how to develop skills for well-being since 2016. Thousands of individual sessions, dozens of in-person workshops, online video course and committed personal practice.

My perception of body and what I usually do with people at my sessions are rooted in authentic Thai massage, my first and favorite form of conscious contact practice. I studied massage mostly in Chiang Mai, Thai Northern schools. My main teachers from Thailand are true legends: Pichest Boonthumme, Chatchoi (Asokananda’s son), Sinchai Sukparsert. Being around the right teachers and communities I quickly learned that successful “helping practice” relies on self-care, that every touch is sacred, and it is always worth “to take a breath” before giving it.

By the time I discovered Thai massage I already practised vipassana meditation, the old technique coming from Buddha which retrains oneself to observe the reality every moment, to see the impermanence and other phenomena of life existence.

Next step was finding embodiment and somatic disciplines, through which a deeper exploration of my own movement and functioning has begun. It was about befriending my story, discerning patterns and owning choices.

And then we had 2020 (+). The unprecedented contact deprivation, discord and depression became a pivot to a huge rebuild in me. It’s been disheartening to face the amount of suffering that comes from systemic violation of human rights and self-abandonment. I doubled private time devoted to self development and relationship with my inner circle. Purification has shifted from remnant into the core category. I traveled and started to organise women gatherings in different towns I was visiting.

It’s been great to recreate and see myself empowered and flowing with more life at the end of 2022. That’s when I learned to be a birth assistant. In 2023 I got introduced to the ancient healing art of Maya civilisation taught by indigenous midwives.

I live in a flow, going where my heart tells me. I dream to be truly abundant, explore the world with my close friends and build conscious birth villages across the world. Some of my interests: family, conception and water birth, femmes, animals & wild nature, dance, education, future organisations.

Love from people who chose me

It’s not easy to catch people for reviews afterwards, but I paid them well…

Nata Bu

Eli is a very deep and gentle healer on the same time. And she truly finds the shortest ways to what has to be brought up to the surface and to become witnessed with love and nourishment.

Drew Lawson

I received a really beautiful bodywork experience from Eli. Deep, gentle, powerful and profound. So grateful to find a practitioner with such somatic mastery & wisdom 🙏

Kate Dobson-Ridout

I have had two Thai body work sessions with Eli. I felt flexible and free for days afterwards. The session gave me huge confidence in my hip again after 2 years of pain and limitation.
