Before we’re going ahead with the first session we agree that you trust the process and my decisions when you come to my space.
When we begin I may ask you to reflect on your body history and to identify what needs to succeed or resolve and change. I may ask you to stand up and walk slowly for observation and assessment. I will ask you to lie down on a soft mat or bed fully clothed or sit on a chair (rarely). There’s no certain way to tell you what I’m going to do after that for the whole hour or so — because every person and our combined abilities are different. I use many modalities, like Thai massage, pulsing, osteopathy, craniosacral listening, Mayan abdominal massage, somatic movement and my own findings. I choose the level of touch and other tools in the moment relying on your verbal and non-verbal signals. I may ask you to control your breath in certain moments or perform some movements for me.

When I end our physical contact, I am going to leave you for a few minutes to lie or sit on your own, you can keep your eyes closed and relax in any comfortable position, slowly come to your senses and feel the familiar boundaries, slowly stand up helping yourself with hands, get a hug from me and share how you feel if you want. We might have a little chat afterwards although I highly recommend to keep it internal. I don’t offer explanation of chosen tools, diagnosis and feedback, emotional support, medical or personal advice within my sessions.
Clothes are kept on, and I recommend to wear comfortable loose garments covering your arms and legs (preference to natural fabrics). Nothing tight around the body. I recommend you to take off your bra before a session because it can be quite constricting around the chest, also belt and jewelry, those kind of things. If you could bring a bottle of clean water with you so that you can hydrate afterwards that would be great. Leave some extra free time around the session, that will help you to tune into it in the beginning, to integrate in the end and to get more of it in general. The session duration depends on the flow and varies from 1 to 2 hours.

How I started to teach Thai massage
I’ve been teaching massage since 2016.
I’ve trained beginners and spa professionals in Europe, Russia and Asia.
This is the video from my very first workshop in 2016.
Spotify playlist
My own curated “massage” Spotify playlist.
About 200 songs, about 20 hours.
It has been very popular in my circles through the years.
People were asking me to share the music that played during our sessions.
Here it is.
Enjoy the tunes.
